BeezNeez Quartet (afiliated with White Spruce City Chorus) is available to sing a beautiful love song for your special valentine THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2013. We will travel to homes, offices, mills, or anywhere within the Prince George City limits to sing. Your loved one (spouse, sweetheart, family member, friend, child) will receive a beautiful song (4 different songs to choose from) a red flower, and chocolates. Only $25.00

Come out and try out women's Barbershop singing! Don't know how to sing? No problem! Have fun learning in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. You provide the voice, we'll provide the vocal skills training.

If you find this is for you, try out our 8 week introduction to women's Barbershop. It's like Glee for grownups! Check out Sweet Adelines International Global Open House for a short video.

Join us on Tuesday January 8, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Studio 2880, 15th Avenue. It's in the Multipurpose room, through the entrance at the back of the building.

White Spruce City Chorus home for Christmas Nov. 26

The White Spruce City Chorus has been featured in the Prince George Free Press!

The White Spruce City Chorus (WSSC) a chapter ofSweet Adelines International presents "Home for Christmas? A Celebration of Christmas Music" on Nov. 26.“This is a celebration of music and is a whole lot of fun and there may even be a Lumberjack or two,” said WSSC chorister Pam Kranz.“I hope people will come out and help support the arts in our community and also help support the ECRA seniors centre.”The WSSC is dedicated to the enjoyment of singing and performing barbershop style music, while striving for a professional standard, in an atmosphere of fun and fellowship. Since 1981, the choral group has been singing four-part acapella harmony at community events in and around Prince George.Women of all ages are invited to Guest Nights held every September during WSSC’s annual membership drive.For more information about the group, call choral director Kathy Pereira at 250-563-5170.The White Spruce City Chorus presents Home for Christmas? A Celebration of Christmas Music on Saturday, Nov. 26 with shows at 2 and 7 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes before each show.
